Spinning - Classes Every Week!
Class Cards Available Now!
Spinning is an indoor biking class focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, and recovery. You'll get your sweat on to upbeat tracks while biking your way to wellness! We will be instructing this in small 10 person sessions multiple times per week.
Securing Your Bike:
Text Stacey at 603-703-6757 or email GetFitHartland@gmail.com on the day of your class to reserve your bike. Classes are capped at 8 participants.
Each 10 Class Card can be purchased at the center or by emailing HartlandWellnessCenter@gmail.com for $100. If you have a membership to our group fitness classes, receive $10 off each card. Be sure to check our Facebook Page for additional promotions.

Stacey will break down the fundamentals of a running program for all skill levels. Whether this is your first time running, or you're looking to improve your current marathon program, this is for you!
